Uncured Hickory Smoked Maple Bacon
Our bacon is brined and smoked right here in Vermont. No added nitrates and cured with Vermont maple syrup, salt, and hickory smoke. The forest raised pork belly has deep rich red color with a perfect balance of salt, fat, and sweetness. A favorite here on the farm.
All of our pork comes from our farm in the Vermont Hills. They are raised free range, outside, and do not receive hormones or antibiotics. They eat a natural diet of local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, and Green Mountain Non-GMO Grains.
