Vermont Maple Cured Ham Steak
Our ham steak is cured and smoked right here in Vermont. We use real Vermont maple syrup and it is always bone in. The steaks average around 2 pounds.
All of our pork comes from our farm in the Vermont hills. They are raised free range, outside, and do not receive hormones or antibiotics. They eat a natural diet of local and seasonal fruits, nuts, vegetables, and Green Mountain Non-GMO Grains.
