At Black Locust Farm we use a variety of old and new farming techniques to produce the most ecologically responsible agricultural products. At a broad scale we are combining the techniques and practices of Holistic Management, Keyline Design, Silvopasture and intensive rotational grazing. Stacking these different design frameworks allows us to increase our positive impact to the landscape and allows complimentary enterprises to scale independently while minimizing the space required contrary to industrial agriculture.
